The ISCAS 2018 Secretariat will be available at the desk, for onsite registrations and to retrieve your personal badge, during the following hours:
Sunday, May 27 _ 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday, May 28 _ 7.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Tuesday, May 29 _ 7.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 30 _ 7.30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Secretariat desk is located at the main entrance of the venue (Piazza Adua 1).
A tourist information desk is available to all attendees and accompanying persons, at the main entrance, during the following hours:
Sun-Wed from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Wireless Internet access is available to all attendees for the whole conference within the venue.

Please retrieve your badge at the Secretariat desk before accessing the venue. Please wear your badge ALL THE TIME within the conference premises. Your badge is the document that gives you access to the Conference every day; pay attention not to lose or damage it.
Upon collecting your badge, you will also be given the ticket to collect your conference bag and, if due, the ticket for the Gala Dinner. Please remind to bring this ticket with you at the dinner in order to access the event.
